At FridayEnd, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. Our buyer-friendly return and refund policy are designed to ensure your confidence when shopping with us.
Cancellation of Order:
In the event of product unavailability, inaccuracies in product depiction, or price changes, FridayEnd reserves the right to cancel product orders. Orders already in process at the local delivery point may not be eligible for cancellation.
Customers can request order cancellation within 4 hours of placing their order if they believe they've made an error or have changed their mind about the purchase. In such cases, the full amount will be refunded to the customer's account within 7 working days.
Return of Products:
FridayEnd will refund the amount for damaged goods or send a new product to the customer, at our discretion. Products must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.
All courier items can be returned in case of defective or damaged delivery. Customers must send a video of the damaged items' packaging to support@fridayend.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Complaint Filing:
Customers unhappy with their purchase must email support@fridayend.com with a picture/video of the delivered product and a valid reason for the complaint within 12 hours of receiving the item. Complaints without valid evidence will not be entertained.
FridayEnd retains the right to reject any compensation claim based on its terms and conditions. Compensation may include refunds (up to 100% of the order value) or replacing the delivered product.
Refund Procedure:
Refunds will be processed electronically via the same payment gateway used for the original transaction. Refund payments may take 7 to 14 working days to be credited back to the customer's account from the day of cancellation.
Security:
Your security is our top priority. All payments are processed through our trusted payment processor – RazorPay ensuring secure transactions. Additionally, all transactions are conducted over a 256-bit high encryption connection, and sensitive payment information is never stored on our servers.
